Become A Member of Santa Barbara Associates

How to Apply:

A sponsoring member determines eligibility and then obtains two other members to second the application completed by the applicant. The application is submitted to the Membership Committee which will, at its next meeting, determine eligibility and, if appropriate, recommend the nominated person to the Board. When the Board approves the application, a formal acceptance letter is sent. 

Membership Requirements: 

Persons eligible for membership in Santa Barbara Associates are women actively engaged as professionals, executives or high level managers in for profit and nonprofit organizations. Once a member, the woman remains a member whether retired, on leave of absence or otherwise. 

Initiation Fee: 

An initiation fee for membership in Santa Barbara Associates is required. A deposit must accompany the application. The balance is due within thirty (30) days of notification of membership. The current membership fee is $300.
